Pizza Pizza

Dispicable customer service at 12:30am on Saturday April, 14th. I ordered with a 15 minute gauruntee or it was free. Upon arrival past the 15 minute mark in an Uber with the fare clock running, one employee grabbed my "completed" order for me and looked over the receipt about 5 times before whispering to another employee. The deep fried pickles I had ordered were missing and they tried to give me the food without it. I had to open each box in front of his face to prove the order was incomplete. The guy in the back proceeded to try and heat the pickles for 30 seconds in the oven while the other employee stalled me at the register. The pickles i received were breaded with raw batter around them..I told him the order is free as it was not ready within their time and that I had an Uber waiting outside and charging me. They laughed at me and said wait a minute it'll be all good soon. They then asked me multiple times what sauce I had ordered even though it was on their receipt in front of their faces. STILL they managed to leave out a dipping sauce i ordered. Absolutely appalling employees that should be fired immediately. I've been a paying customer for years and this is the absolute last time I will pay a cent to them as they treated me like a joke. And yes, I was forced to pay for my order to prevent a ridiculous Uber charge. Stay away from this location. Incompetent and shady employees. And yes Pizza Pizza, I have already emailed your feedback address directly to head office so I don't need an automated response to do that.

If you are vegan, this pizza place is much better than mammas pizza and is affordable. The texture of the vegan cheese they use is good. When I bought the pizza the staff seemed a bit confused, which concerned me however I did get a pizza with vegan cheese. They did put broccoli on my pizza, which I did not request. If you are vegan, Panago pizza is the best option in Oakville as they label everything clearly and have a special deal for them.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good value for the money. I've only ordered an XL cheese pizza. So I can't comment on the freshness or availability of topics as others have.

I do not order from this location anymore as they skimp out on a lot of the toppings. The one on Upper Middle and Third Line is much better.

Had a pleasant time at this shop. New owners are great very respectful and kind.
