Chartwell Willowdale Retirement Residence

My 90 yr old grandmother has been at Willowdale for just over two years. She now will have to go to long term care, and I know she will miss everyone at Willowdale. I can’t say enough about the fabulous care she has received. The staff have always been so caring and attentive. And they have been excellent at communicating with me and making sure my grandmother had all her needs met. I am sorry she will be leaving Willowdale. I would not hesitate to recommend Willowdale in Smiths Falls if you are looking for a seniors residence. My dad was a resident at Willowdale for twelve years. He left last week at age 102. For the entire time, my father received care, respect, affection and kindness at a level higher than I could have ever imagined or hoped for. The home is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Any senior can be proud to call the Willowdale home.

My Mom, Kay Fulcher went to Willowdale in Oct./17. She recently celebrated her 93rd birthday on Christmas day, so family ask if we could use the activity room on Boxing Day to help her celebrate. Everyone was so pleased we were able to use this room and how accommodating the staff were. Thank you so much for making this a special day for our Mom, Gramma and Great Gramma.
