The Willow

On January 30/18 we went to Rama and had a fantastic time, after about 6 hours we went for dinner at the Willow restaurant, and unfortunately it was the worst Chinese food we have ever experienced, both the lemon chicken and General Toa chicken was NOT edible, it was dry any hard with little flavor, in fact we spoke to the manger and he could care less, we only ate a few pieces from the plates and returned about 90% of the balance. No refund was offered or apology just here’s the check. Mark

Small but great atmosphere Food was great, staff were very friendly and service was really good. Nice variety of food which was flavourful. Thanks for a memorable birthday cake

Love this place. Fantastic food at its buffet. But - buffet dinner opening times totally confusing. Last I heard: we are open at 5 pm on concert nights. How the heck do I know what nights are concert nights? Not stated anywhere in or around casino. And the rest of the week at 6 pm. Please fix this. So annoying. We will visit casino tomorrow and if you are not open at 5 pm we will all have to go to the really bad other buffet.

Only one quarter of this restaurant is Chinese food, the rest is Canadian food. The food was par. Found at least 3 hairs in my food.
