The Whitemud Landscape Center

We had a very bad experience with Whitemud Landscaping and I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. We ordered sod and their staff assisted in the calculation once the size of our yard was given. They are the experts and were more than willing to assist in the determination of how much sod was needed. When the delivery driver was dropping off, it was noted that it looked like a lot of sod for the size of space needed. The driver noted that if there was too much, we could return it the next business day, no problem at all. They delivered 4 pallets of sod and the amount that was actually used was 1.75 pallets. This is way off, I can understand having some extra and would rather have a little extra than not enough but more than double what we require is absolutely unreasonable. The sod was delivered Saturday and we called them first thing Monday morning closed Sun to ask them to pick up the extra sod. Even though we called more than once on Monday and left messages, no one got back to us until Tuesday at which point they told us that it was over 48 hours since delivery and too late to return the sod. This seems like a total scam to me, they sell you way too much and then are not willing to return. The paperwork on purchase does say they may not be able to return and that customer is responsible for calculation. That being said, they shouldn't assist with the calculation if not willing to stand by their numbers and drivers should not be telling people it can be returned if the company is not willing to stand by that offer.

Thank you so much for the great experience. The staff are amazing! Efficient and courteous and very polite. We purchased 2 yards of mulch and we were in and out in less than 20 mins. They also donated rocks to our rock painting project for our seniors with no hesitation. Good companies like this one need to stay in our community so stop by and see what they have to offer.

The best customer experience I've had in a while! I'm a green landscaper, and everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful - they truly care. They helped calculate the volume of materials I needed for my paver patio based on my measurements and my last-minute landscaping supplies were delivered timely the next day. Thank you!

Thank you to the VERY helpful staff and to Jeff for donating the rocks we needed for our Spring Festival at school. We had a limited budget they donated all the supplies we were looking for! Not to mention I was there for all of ten minutes. So efficient, very kind, and I would expect they would be just as great for any landscaping project you might have planned.

They were very helpful. It was pretty obvious I didn't know anything about landscaping size etc. Guy who loaded my stepping stones was helpful plus gave me additional info on how to take care of my stones. Will definitely come back

Wonderful staff that go above and beyond. Whitemud Landscape Center had an ad up on FB marketplace for some free stuff - We went down & the guy didn't quite know about the ad... He double checked it & he honored the ad... Whitemud Landscape Center has helped us out greatly... These pavers & such are to fix a space in front of a wheelchair ramp where a lightning struck tree was removed & ground... Condo board said either you fix it or we do it & you pay... Well - as a senior on disability I can't afford a whole h*** of a lot... So I have been hunting down low cost stuff & freebies trying to get this done ourselves... I saw their freebies ad - these guys at Whitemud Landscape Center totally made my day & helped us out a whole lot with a small handfull of stuff... Thank you guys... You are awesome...

Very helpful and friendly staff. I feel they could have a bigger yard as it seems really crowded. Getting back on too 50th street is tricky. I bought a firepit kit.

Ordered several yards of mulch online. Great prices, fantastic staff on the phone and super friendly delivery driver. Quality of mulch was wonderful. I'll definitely order from them again!

I had a great experience at The Whitemud Landscape Centre. Jeff and the staff were super helpful and courteous. My community league is having a rock painting contest, and Jeff donated all the rocks! He really believes in supporting the community, and doing something positive for the kids. I’m not going anywhere else for my landscaping supplies from now on!

I had an amazing experience here. Everytime I called the customer service was helpful and quick. When picking up my fireplace the process was quick and efficient. The employees here are amazing and very helpful. I will definitely be back for any of my landscaping needs and recommend The Whitemud Landscape Company to anyone!
