Capital Irrigation

We have had our system in for over two years. I've recently changed my Landscaping and needed to adjust some things and add drip hoses to my garden boxes. They come out every spring and every fall to flush it and turn it off for the winter

Choosing a contractor to do any job can be a difficult decision. I've dealt with many contractors and contracts during my time in residential construction and I would always ask one question that told me how competent they would be to perform the work for the quoted price. When Trevor arrived at my house to do an estimate, we walked through my yard and talked about the plan for irrigation. He listened to my ideas and documented everything. As Trevor was finishing up, I asked him "Why should I choose Capital Irrigation?". Without hesitation, he sold me on the quality of work, product, and service. He also talked about the warranty they provide. Most importantly, he didn't say anything negative about his competition. From my experiences, good companies rely on what they offer without the need to bash the competition in an attempt to look better. I'm happy to say that my installation went smoothly and the quality of work performed met my standards. Great communication, excellent staff, and punctual. They are professionals through and through. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering an irrigation system.

Four years ago the landscaping contractor for our new house used Capital Irrigation as the irrigation system subcontractor. We've been using them ever since to maintain our system, to keep it running in top condition. They schedule semi-annual service to start up and shutdown. Best thing about their system and service is that I never have to worry about the plants in our landscape. Last year we had additional spouts installed to maintain our pots on the patio and front step. The cost was very reasonable and the added convenience has been great.

Joel was very helpful in explaining how the system worked and swapped out sprinkler heads where more coverage was needed. I really appreciated they listened to what we wanted and built the system to meet our needs. We recently moved and purchased a place that included basic landscaping with the purchase price through the builder. We had the company quote us on an irrigation system, however, they were ridiculously high. We had used Capital Irrigation 13+ years prior when we built our previous home and were very satisfied. I contacted them again and Trevor had an estimator out that afternoon which surprised me because it was high season. The quote was not only half the price of the builders landscaping company but they were so helpful and accommodating. Time was not on my side but Trevor was extremely helpful in co-coordinating everything quickly and efficiently. We agreed to proceed and immediately the following weekend the guys were out to set everything up. I had a few special requirements due to health issues and again they more than accommodating. I would highly recommend the Capital Irrigation team.

First time with irrigation at a home. From the start Capital was one of the best when it came to responsiveness. Trevor was great to deal with, responsive and great with recommendation for current and future needs. Joel was focused on solving any issue that may come up. Highlight of the great experience comes from the full support with some changes requested 2 weeks after installation - they came out next day and made the necessary changes and on top of that gave everything another look over all free of charge. I look forward to knowing that any future problems/maintenance will be dealt with in a timely manner as the years go by with Capital Irrigation!
