A wonderful place to stay if you are on vacation. Very clean, calm and comfortable with heated pool and hot tub on the 3rd floor. The front desk agents weren't very friendly. And service could be better. We asked for coffee twice and didn't get it. But, we really enjoyed our stay.

Super clean, friendly staff, feel at home suites, close to many great restaurants within walking distance

Absolutely great location to explore the city. staff was great especially the concierge, Lisa. Very Patient and helpful and informative. She made exploring Vancouver a complete pleasure. Food at the from room service was average.

We had a great view of the city and mountains. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is great after long hikes up north. The staff are super kind and accommodate as well

This downtown hotel is clean, comfortable and is in a great location. Shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like Stanley Park are within walking distance. We had a cool view. The hotel has a restaurant with a daily happy hour.
