Located at historic Downsview Park, this exceptional 16,000 square ft. entertainment venue boasts magnificent 30 ft. high ceilings, an elegant cocktail area, on-site complimentary parking, full kitchen facilities and one-of-a-kind surroundings.

As unique as this venue is, I must agree with previous reviewer Dana. We booked the venue for our wedding, which took place a few months ago, thinking it would be different and a little more budget friendly than a banquet hall, but it turned out to be nothing more than a cash grab. If you are considering booking, please consider the following: - You will have to use their suggested AV company Magen Boys. This company did not have any problems taking our money, but since the business is pretty much handed to them, no further effort is really taken to assist the client. We had arranged with them for a live video feed for our reception - they forgot the cord to make this happen so it did not work out (this was to be an integral part of our night and we were really disappointed that it could not happen - disappointed is not how you want to feel at your reception by the way). In addition, they lost our USB which had the only copy of our slideshow and have not followed up about it despite promising to return our call. The cherry on top was that the tech that was sent out for our function wore very unprofessional attire, which caused him to stick out like a sore thumb. An overall very unprofessional experience with this company. - If you do not use their preferred caterers you will have to pay them a percentage of your own caterer's final invoice. If your caterer does not have their own dinnerware or enough staff, they will have to rent the dinnerware at a premium price through Gervais rentals and hire staff for a premium price from the venue's staffing company, both which will increase your invoice and subsequently the amount you have to pay to the venue. - The owner and onsite coordinator lack tact. For example, we were lucky to be using a caterer that offered us an amazing deal. However, when we provided the invoice to the venue, the owner called our caterer to ask why the bill was so low. He essentially tried to get our caterer to charge us more, so we would have to pay the venue more. Moreover, he insisted our caterer's staff clean the bathrooms, which our caterer obviously refused to do given that his employees would be food handling. Finally, the onsite coordinator, was pretty much mia most of the night, only making an appearance when there was a mix-up about the time we had the venue until (which I completely take credit for that being an error on my end). In any case, she stormed out of wherever she was hiding all night, waving my contract in front of guests mind you, to make her point. Once again, the lack of tact left me speechless and embarrassed - which was once again not the greatest feeling to experience on your wedding day. On a lighter note, the main contact at the venue is a pleasure to work with and is very good at returning emails and inquiries. However, at the end of the day, way too much money goes into a wedding for you to be dealing with a venue that pretty much works against you rather thank with you. Unless policies change, or unless money is not an issue for you, we do not recommend this venue.

Venue was nice but the people were dishonest and difficult. They overcharged us at the bar and didn't serve all the agreed upon drinks (went top shelf). They tried to change details and fees that were in the contract saying their practices had changed. They demanded payment on the Friday the week before the event but didn't produce a bill until the thur before at 6pm. We asked them to extend the payment date to the next business day and they refused. Currently trying to get money back for services they didn't provide but it's proving difficult. They took some of our deposit without cause as well. And they told us we could make decisions at a later date when we were signing the contract then turned around and said all details were final when we informed them of our decisions (they had told us they just needed us to fill out details for the estimate then later said they were final. Such a shame because it's a nice venue. I wouldn't trust these people to do business ever again.

Many cool ideas here but hidden fees around every corner. My wedding turned out perfect but would not recommend this place just because of the headache. Honestly, do you wanna pay a thousand dollars just for the approval of using their speakers, or another thousand to use their ceiling, or maybe their outlets. Simple things like that, really should not be charged when your getting professionals to do them. Also, they have vendors that are forced on you. Such as Megan Boyz and VIB Event Staffing, you won't be able to use your own. At the end of the day, the venue worked out but I felt really trapped with them, as they just kept coming up with silly hidden fees. We were assured of a flat fee, and even given a quote. But, we got nickel and dime'd to death after they got our signature. Good luck.

Great venue to have an event but be careful of the bar service package you order. This is where they will take advantage of your money and the package you paid for. I had a wedding and we paid for the premium bar service and the bartenders told my guest that they do not have certain products on hand when it was supposed to be included in the premium bar package. Not only that one of their male bartenders had terrible customer service skills and treated my guests rudely. The bartender turn down my guests when asked to make a cocktail that was approved by the venue. When I directed all these issues to Jordan and Rachel they both did nothing for compensation.

I attended a friend's wedding here. The venue itself was spacious and set up well. The drinks were well made and the food was fantastic. No shortage of hors d'oeuvres and the table spread was great.
