Located at 430 Topsail Road, St. John’s, NL, The Village Shopping Centre boasts 73 stores and services including major retailers - Dollarama, Hart, Goodlife Fitness, Sportchek, Urban Planet, and Labels. For those who need a little sustenance from shopping our big, bright and beautiful centre we have 10 food outlets to choose from in our Food Court and 1 full service restaurant on the second floor. Helping make your visit easier – we have approximately 2,000 parking spaces available including easily accessible spaces for the mobility impaired, expectant mothers, and mothers with babies at each entrance.

This was a great mall. Now however, stores are constantly leaving and its more of a low key atmosphere. Basic stores and a few restaurants still operating. If you just want to shop quickly and grab a snack, this is the perfect mall!!!
The building is very clean and modern. There's a number of shopping choices but not a lot. There is usually small crowds of people there but that's more my speed anyway. I enjoy shopping there!
Pretty much dead, not much of a mall. It’s more of a plaza feel. Think Mount Pearl plaza before everything shut down. Small food court and a couple telecom providers and a dollar store. More shops seem to be closing out as time progresses.
Very friendly staff at the shops, and less crowded than some other places. Got everything I needed for Christmas... Even the gift boxes!
"Ghost Mall" and "Dead Management" More like "The Village "Sleeping" Centre" This is the worst shopping place I've ever seen in my life. The mall authority is useless, Securities are useless. There were two thefts and one robbery when I was here and the securities were sleep walking. I knew this was the best mall in St. John's before but now it's not. I don't understand why Avalon mall is so busy and this place is dead! Why promoting one mall so much and ignoring this one? Mall authorities are useless they can't promote this place or bring some proper stores here so these guys should be fired. Mary Brown's was closed a few months ago I mean seriously? What a dead place. Shame on the people who are running this place, You guys should Retire and bring in some Qualified people who can actually make this place a better shopping place.
This was the first time visiting the Village Mall as a wheelchair user and it was A Lovely Experience! A perfect size for a Mall, in my area. Parking was excellent! Thanks Village Mall!
I enjoy the Village. There's not a big selection of stores but some of my favourites are here. Lots of parking, convenient entrances but the food court is pretty sad.
It's one of the popular malls in St. John's Newfoundland although not as busy as the Avalon mall. It contains quite a number of stores such as Dollarama, Bed& Bath, Eclipse, e.t.c. It's the right place to navigate Mount Pearl using the Metrobus
Nice mall. There are every kind of shops. For most of food court shops, you would need cash or debit card.
It's likely been over 25 years since I was at the Village Mall. Although clean and well maintained, there was nothing there but chain stores. Nothing like the "old days" when Stash O'Neill's was there and there was a full food court... Sad to see some of these changes.
