The Uptown Bakery, WLC LLC

This used to be a 5 star place. Bought Danish and cinnamon rolls. The Danish were so, so dry that even the microwave and butter did not help. Also the cinnamon rolls make good hockey pucks. Do not know what has happened here but it is not good. In the beginning they were great for product, never very friendly. Too bad, another Omaha area establishment bits the dust.

Walked in here for the first time today and was disappointed. Walked in and was looking for a cake. No one offered a hello or how can I help you ? I was about to walk out when I noticed there was a case with cakes in it. So I grabbed a cake had them write Happy Birthday. When it was time to cut the cake; to our surprise it was pink inside. The label in the case said it was marbled. We took a bite; the cake was dry and frosting was not good. No one could decipher the flavor of the cake as well. We ended up throwing the rest of the cake away as no one wanted seconds. Not worth the $32.

Such an AWESOME bakery! I live out of state and needed a birthday gift for my son who is stationed at Offutt AFB. I asked for my son's favorite, Pumpkin Pie (something they normally do not do) and I asked for it to be delivered. Jenny was so amazing and wanted to help. She jumped all over this opportunity to help me get this gift to my homesick kid. LOVE YOU GUYS FOR HELPING ME!! THANK YOU!!

It was the best and worst day of my life. I experienced a slice of Red Velvet cake from here. I can't explain in words how fantastic it tasted! I only had a single slice because that's all that was left.

I love this place! Great local shop that has bomb donuts. Their goodies are always baked fresh and are great for my kids to take to school. I recommend!!!
