I love to come here and work on my laptop and eat the great food. I have always had good service and great food. The issue comes when I try to find an outlet to plug my computer into. There are only 3 outlets that I know of and only two of them work. There are just not enough outlets for people to come and work on their computers. This is unfortunate. It would be highly beneficial if something was done about this issue. It would drum up more business and make happier customers that keep coming back.

Food is consistently good; a little overpriced. I actually frequent this location at least 8-10 times a month. One thing I have noticed at the cash register - there is a question "would you like to tip" and then an explanation that you will still receive the same quality of food, etc. if you do not. (I find tipping before you have received a service quite gratuitous, and I reserve that right for full service restaurants.) I have alternately tipped and not tipped. Consistently, if I tipped, the food is delivered with 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, when I do not tip, the food is served anywhere from 10-15 minutes after I have placed my order. And it is irrespective of busy times. Seems pretty cheesy to me.

My husband and I ate at the Bellevue, NE Panera location. I have to admit to being completely disappointed by the experience. The food was okay, but the portions on the sandwiches were quite stingy. Honestly, if I am going to pay $8 for a sandwich, I probably would be better off going to a restaurant and getting a meal. Which I will do next time. I remember eating at a Panera's in KC and the bread slices were an inch thick and the fixings inside were so abundant I had trouble wrapping my mouth around it. The bread slices at the Bellevue were scarcely a quarter inch thick. My husband's sandwich was missing one of the main ingredients on his. (the bacon) We both had apples as a side. When I got home and cut the apples up I saw that they were rotten inside. It was a really disappointing experience. I will not be back.

Good coffee, chai and begals. The recent switch to "clean foods" seems to have diminished the quality and taste of many of their options that i previously enjoyed. We recently tried their new delivery service but I would not recommend it unless you want your food late and cold. We live less than 5 minutes from Panera and it took over 40 minutes to get a panini and soup. The soup and sandwich were very cold when they arrived. The driver apologized for being late but offered nothing else to compensate for the cold food.

When waited on, they assumed I was a Togo person, not even asking. It was the same with my hot chocolate. Also the hot chocolate was watered down and I had to ask for another.
