The Austontown UPS store always has friendly and helpful staff! They keep the line moving efficiently. I also like the self serve option for Amazon returns.
Like most other ups stores they are independent and suck. Hours suck and stsff is not helpful. Here is an update because they responded. You hours. Are posted online! But the staff does not Follow them. Also who the heck closes at 2:30 on a Saturday! Just go somewhere else, it. Will save you time. I hope Amazon ends the contract with you so I never have to come to this story again.
I recently initiated a return shipment to TEMU, carefully packaging and sealing the item in its original condition, as per TEMU's requirements. I completed the return application and was only required to print the shipping label to send the package back to TEMU at no cost.nnHowever, I was unexpectedly charged for printing the label and again for an additional envelope or paper bag bearing the UPS label. Prior to visiting the store, I had contacted two UPS access points to inquire about the return process, and they directed me to this location, assuring me that the service would be free of charge with no additional fees.nnI am seeking clarification on the unexpected charges incurred during this process.
