I come to this location for both Amazon returns and business related shipping. And from my multiple interactions I can tell you the people that work here get it done. They have more patience in one finger than most adults have in their life.  I will always use this location for all of my shipping needs.  I hope they are getting recognized for how good they are at what they do.

Love that I can drop my Amazon returns off without repacking them!  This would of been a 5 star review except as the line grew longer, the 2 gentlemen up front putting boxes together to ship items out.  They  totally ignored everyone until after they were done.  I'm not talking 5 minutes more like 10 minutes. One of the gentlemen should of moved over to the counter to assist but that would of made sense. I did get the impression that the one young man was newer.

Lady wasn't even trying to pick up my return. Made all kinds of excuses. I followed all return instructions even printed 2 labels. Thank God there was 2 of them and the other Ups employee did his job correctly

Drop your items at The UPS Store When selecting the method for returning your Amazon purchase, choose The UPS Store Dropoff. You don't need to have your items boxed or labeled with this method. Instead, The UPS Store will pack, label and ship your return for free. The employee wanted to charge me 9.00 for a box. Its been 3 days and my refund says waitng return.

I just went in there today to do some Amazon returns and the staff was amazing, love them. They were helpful and polite. Best UPS experience yet, honestly!

The employees are very rude, always. They need to find employment elsewhere not in customer service.

Asked for help and the girl was very very mean even though I asked very nicely. I don't understand. When I see someone struggling even if they don't ask I help them. I don't understand why the girl denied helping me as if I was an inconvenience.

I went in this morning to send a package back to amazon. The woman working there was really unpleasant and seemingly unhappy that I was there. She charged me $3 to print out a label because I had sent it to the store through email. So I paid $3 to process an $11 return. Yeah, thanks.

I just want to put out a public apology to Monica at the UPS store in Austintown Ohio. I'm so sorry that I interrupted your conversation with your friend by coming in to your store and waiting 5 minutes for you to finish talking before insisting on you helping me to ship the package that I was awkwardly holding.  Thank you for not being fast or friendly when you assisted me. I think we as a society has been coddled by good customer service and it was refreshing to meet someone who believes bad customer service is more appropriate in this day and age.

The employees in the store are very unwelcoming… and uneducated.
