I wish all Home Depots were laid out the same way.   It's hard to find stuff unless you use your phone! This Home Depot is defiantly not very friendly. The associate were task focused.

I enjoyed my visit. The staff were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Got everything on my list. Only negative thing I would have to say is , like alot of other stores they had a handful of self check-outs open and only one register open. I hate self check-outs. "Ain't nobody got time for that". If I'm done shopping and that's all that's open I leave the cart and go to a different store.

We ordered a fridge online.  Last nite I received a call to confirm a delivery window of 8am-12pm.  By 12:30 no fridge, so I called the number back to find out what was going on.  The delivery company tells me that they never received the product in the warehouse and soonest delivery would be next week.   I need a fridge for my perishable items!   If this was ANY other appliance, it wouldn't be an issue!   We called the nearest store to see what could be done to correct the issue.  The manager arranged to have a loaner delivered to my house, and they even moved the old broken fridge to my garage for me.
Despite my bearded dragon giving them dirty, judgemental looks the entire time, they did wonderfully to help us out until the fridge we ordered can arrive.

This location has a decent selection most of the time. The staff is always friendly. There is an employee that goes above and beyond to help you with anything he can. His name is Don, in the electrical/plumbing department. Thank you greatly for your help this weekend, Don. My 3 projects at home this weekend have been taken care of!

Fantastic service, Cory the assistant manager did me a huge solid on a tool that went bad. I Highly recommend this location.
