Zero customer service. The rudest people I have ever delt with on the phone & in person. Avoid —— go any where else. Employees just texting on their phone the whole time. You call them they sound bothered that you called. You go into the store because they tell your package will be there and then they are bothered they have to get out of their chair. Just terrible

Took more than a week for a deliver (which they didn't). I had to call the center to have it redelivered many times with very detailed instructions (to a very easy location to find). No other drivers have ever not delivered it and marked it delivered like this was which made me worry that it was dropped of with the wrong people. I was promised on many occasions that the address would be found and the package would be dropped off. I ended up having to pick my item up in person. It is now left with damage and made by a company that is closing their shop. I will not and request not to have any more deliveries through this ups and rather had it sent to the new location I moved to out of this area.

MONT Apparel enjoys using this local store to ship our orders from Rutland to the world. Thank you for great customer service. All of our visits here, even with more than a dozen prepaid packages, have taken less than 5 minutes.

Every experience I've had there has been terrible. I've sent out two boxes from there . One I spent $120 for next day delivery and the manager sent it out ground. It was my daughter-in-law's baby showers gift for my first grandson. The second box was this week I sent back to Amazon. They opened a completely taped secured box and now the items are missing. Won't be using them again.
