Great product! Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. I had given them a 5 star review, but I'm currently decreasing my rating to 4 stars. The reason for this is the lack of product. They frequently run out of certain products because they are currently unable to meet the demand. This is most likely due to the 150+ new patients they gained in the past few months.

The people at grassroots dispensary are accommodating and friendly in person. That is if you can get in there. I’ve been a patient there for a year now, and more times than not when I’ve called for appointments I was not able to get in. They told me they had too many new patients that they needed to accommodate, yet they’re closed on Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday! On top of that the last time I went they only had two flowers to choose from. I’ve considered switching dispensaries but there is a charge with the Department of Public Safety to do so. I considered growing my own at home, but could not get any help from grassroots dispensary with that as they do not have any seeds or clones available. All in all I’m quite disappointed. I’ve found Good Grows Indoor in Rutland Vermont to be very helpful on the phone and in person when it came to every aspect of my Indoor grow. Hopefully there will be more places to choose from now that it’s legal.

I work monday through Friday in Burlington. I chose grassroots because they had saturday hours. Now, not only do they not have saturday hours but the choice of bud is so limited. Sometimes only 3 choices. Im disappointed because for those reasons. Im not negating the fact that the staff is so very nice. Get it together or customers are going to pay the $25 to change where they get their medical marijuana.
