This place deserves so much recognition! The staff have always been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Service here is fast and I had business cards printed here. They were reasonable priced. I won't ever ship through the local post office again, UPS always delivers my packages safely and without issue! It's also a really cool feature that they offer mailboxes if you don't want to go through the post office.

When I needed help and could not get a live person to talk to at the UPS toll free number I called the UPS store and talked to JoDee. She went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem - even though the problem was actually my fault. You don't get that kind of customer service anymore. Kudos and thank you to the Jamestown UPS Store!!!!
