I had an unpleasant experience at The UPS Store on Bryden today around 12:45 PM. A young man with short hair behaved rudely and immaturely towards me. Although our interaction was brief, he snapped at me when I tried to ensure that the paper being copied was straight after several of his unsuccessful attempts resulted in offset copies. I was merely trying to help, as the customer isn’t paying for poorly made copies. This behavior was highly unprofessional and felt more like how a child might rudely speak to a sibling rather than a customer. I hope the store owner addresses this issue to prevent future occurrences and to support this young man’s professional development.

I've been having issues sending a fax the last few days.  This is the 2nd place I've tried.  They went above and beyond both times to make sure it went as well as possible.  I've shipped there many times as well, and it's always a pleasure!  Thank you!

I returned an Amazon package on 9-20-24. I’m not good  with technology so Avery was very good at explaining it and helping me get my package returned without me feeling like an idiot. She was so sweet and very helpful. I hope I get Avery next time I have to go to the UPS store. Thank you so much Avery!

I got a label from eBay and put it on my package last time I went and they scanned it and said it was free because of the label on it already. The next time I went I had the label on my package again and this time they did not scan it again and that is how I get a Gmail that has been package has been shipped but this time I did not get a Gmail and this time they said that it would cost 50 cents because of shipping handling

I had two packages to ship. One I had packaging for and one I didn't. The associate made everything so simple and fast. I highly recommend people use this location. And the pricing was very reasonable!
