Mixed feelings about the company. My wife and I went to the Lewiston, ID store in search of a refrigerator and freezer. The salesman was quite knowledgeable and helpful. Once we made our decision we worked a deal that included free delivery since the price was the same at the local, orange, big-box store and they offered free delivery and setup. And, we needed two of the same item so we opted to take a floor model...and paid the same price as the other boxed unit. It's a good thing we got the delivery/setup for free...because they were over 2 hours late. My wife called and was promised someone would call back and that never happened. So, bottom line, we're pleased with the products we purchased but not pleased at all with the delivery, setup and service after the sale. It'll take a lot to earn our repeat business.

Locally owned business with honest and always helpful staff Ask for assistance and there is no pressure to buy, ask for best price and there are recommendations that may send you someplace else. Box stores may have lower prices but not the customer service. Integrity and dealing with owners and neighbors convinced our family to always stop at here first.
