The guy behind the counter for the past few months has no idea what he's doing. He always has to pick up the phone to call for help. I have been using UPS for a year now locally and they suck. The drivers leave packages on the doorstep without even knocking or ringing the door bell sometimes. Anything that needs to be shipped in Canada I now use Canada Post, faster, easier and by far cheaper. This Oshawa location on Ritson is a joke and needs to be shut down or turned into a Starbucks or something. I would give no stars if I could.

The UPS route where I live is the worst!! The driver is so lazy and made a total of 4 non-deliveries to my apt in under a year. He's just getting away with it ....time after time...and this time I am reporting this service to their head office!!! I put (1)Star on here but I don't want to even give this IMCOMPETENT Company (1) because they are disgraceful. I love Canada Post or Purolator but unfortunately companies use this poor excuse for a company ...ongoing. The driver has made no effort to attempt to deliver a DELIVERY NOTICE CARD that tells the individual he tried to make the scheduled delivery. Instead, he makes up LIES and seems to NEVER answer to anyone for his bad service. This time it was the apt building didn't have the address correct ???? and yet when Home Depot read me the address tonight...it was the exact address, down to proper unit number & postal code? ? WTH?? Last time another Tennant ended up with the delivery card on her shoe and that happened again because he's too lazy to actually deliver to my apt on the first floor and just steps from the entrance!!??( I am thankful the other Tennant had the kindness to bring the delivery cards to my door) Then there was another time he didn't bother to even try and call to say he was at the front door and the very important keys that my son sent from Victoria, ended up back in Victoria because of this drivers negligence that cost my son $ 90.00 to UPS And today, another useless delivery attempt from this idiot!! I would NEVER hope for someone to be fired, but this guy on the Nonquon Rd route, should be. The nearest UPS store to me is on Ritson & Taunton and again I have to go get a package that I paid to have delivered!! DO NOT USE UPS FOR ANYTHING !!!!
