I have used this location almost a dozen times now and there has never been a problem (You all should use this over Staples any day just to save in price!) Easy to email in documents to print and always ready on time. But the kicker for me is when something did go wrong (quantity printed was off.... they corrected it immediately and apologized. The owner went out of her way to correct my issue (she delivered my document since I was already home) and I couldn't be more pleased. Affordable, handy coupons available and phenomenal customer service!!! Way to be UPS store, Way to be!

I've used this as my "pick up" location about 4-5 times and There definitely won't be a 6th! Unfortunately the manager is not educated or knowledgeable at all when it comes to proper and legal identification. My drivers license was punched via Secretary of State with the white piece of paper stapled to it which does state that it is valid, but temporary. She did not even look at it or read it (?) and told me not to come back until I have proper identification lol

I cant thank the people that work at this location enough!! My grand father passed away recently and he left me this 200 year old clock that as very dear to his heart and as we now live in Montana we struggled with how to fly it back home after the funeral from Michigan to Montana. We brought it to this UPS store and they were so helpful and considerate of the importance of this item to me. The girl at the counter told me her manager would be packing this to ensure it would make it safely. I received the clock today with zero damage due to this UPS team going above and beyond to pack this clock and get it to me all in one piece. I am forever grateful Thank you

I came in for finger printing here, and I had gotten the wrong date. I didn't expect to receive the services without an appointment, but I did expect friendly customer service! The lady who helped me was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. I was nervous to go back the next time, and sure enough that lady looked as grouchy as ever.
