Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

My wife and I brought my father in law here to upgrade his flip phone to a smart phone. Chantel?, the associate that helped us was beyond amazing. She was patient in explaining everything and even figured out a way for him to save money. It was an overall great experience, and I would come here again for sure.

The girl who works here took 3 hours just getting me upgraded to a new phone. She also didn't give me a choice to sign up for the "playaway" but just had me do it anyways and added it to my bill without telling me about it. Then she gave me a bunch of stuff I didn't ask for and then told me it was only a $20. Turns out all the stuff she gave me that I didn't ask for added up to $275, and I'm stuck making payments on all of it for the next 8 months. Don't go here. There's an official Verizon store just a few miles away that will actually get things done right.

We absolutely love the staff at this location!! We followed Joe here from another location, even when there is another location, which was a lot closer to us. Everyone here is always very helpful and knowledgeable!! We don't hesitate to trust their information. Triple thumbs up!!

This is by far the best Verizon store around! The customer service is amazing they will go out of their way to fix your issue or make you happy and everyone is super friendly. I worked with Miranda, she was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. I recommend this store to everyone I will never going anywhere else!

Awesome Staff and Awesome products! They do everything the same as the store by the mall! Great deals on phone especially during the Holidays!!!
