Literally had bleaching agent/hair dye chemical globbed into my eyeball during a highlight today.  No eyewash stations, nothing to rinse it out. Literally had to try to hold my head under the bathroom sink to try to rinse my eyeball with water.  Remainder of highlight service proceeded to not go well.

 Then check-out to get a $200 bill. Highlight only, no cut, no style, nothing extra.  Just asked for whatever I had done last time.  Looks like I even got charged a “wash and style”?  How else would they have gotten the hair chemical out?!  It’s not like I walked in and asked for a wash and style.  I had my hair highlighted.

After my previous visit with a charge of $60 for a simple hair trim with nothing extra, should have reassessed my salon selection, but thought the “free” head massage maybe validated the cost. 

Bleach in the eye, and my $200 highlight cost—only to see my previously blonde hair is now a dark silvery-grey!!—Will not be going back to Ultimate.

Used to have wonderful service in the cities with Aveda salons, not pleased here.

Always greeted in a friendly manner.  Very comfortable facility.  Staff are informed and professional.
