Went and got my nails done here yesterday and the lady who did my nails seemed to be in a rush. I asked for an almond shape and she did a coffin shape. Called them today said they’d fix it, I came back in and that same lady was there telling me I said coffin when I did not. The manager was there as well and was extremely rude to me. It’s $45 for a mediocre nail job when I could go elsewhere with great customer service. Not worth it especially when they mess up and they expect you to pay for their mess up. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else but here. HORRIBLE service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I got a pedicure done from here today and got home and my toes look like my 2 year old painted them! They also charged me $10 for painting my daughter's fingers and toes when they told me initially $5. She's 18 months old. Will never return. They were very good however with my daughter. Even gave her a sucker.

I've been to this place multiple times hoping for a better experience and they have all been really poor. My fingers have bled every time I have gone there, they never use clean supplies and they are so rushed with doing my nails. Once I got acrylics and they were okay but the lady who was doing them made them to long and the wrong shape I requested, I asked for my shape again and she got so upset with me that she cut my finger and I started bleeding pretty bad. She yelled at me to go wash my hands and that it was my fault it was bleeding and to go get rid of the blood. As I looked back and saw her talking to the girl and guy next to her and she was pointing at me and saying something to them in a different language as they laughed. I felt so embarrassed and I felt so crappy there. 1000000000% would not recommend. Go to Da-Vi Nails in Walmart, they do my friends and my nails so beautifully every time, they use CLEAN supplies and they are so sweet.

My daughter got gel nails a week ago and they did not hold up! They are chipping and one nail is off completely. They did a rush job and it shows.
