I am so glad I found this printer! I had a very custom and unusual greeting card order involving collage work, scanning and lots of editing. I had already met with two other printers who feared my request was too complex and turned my job away saying it was not worth their time. When I explained my order to the guys at The UPC they knew exactly what I needed and offered additional advice to better finish the cards on a premium matte 80lb. cover stock. The Ultimate Printing Company is always very helpful and knowledgeable and they truly are a cut above your average print service. They are now the only place I print at. Best printer in the city! I was very pleased with the service received recently at The Ultimate Printing Company. I needed prints done quickly for an important meeting and The Ultimate Printing Company took care of it. The quality was great and the turnaround time was amazing. They even worked with me to make design changes to ensure the overall quality met my expectations.
I always deal with a rep by the name of Zahir. I did not have the program to support the changes I needed to make on our business card templates and he came through for me. As ALWAYS, he went above and beyond to help me out. He is always available to assist; if not, he gets back to you in a timely manner, he has professional etiquette, is proficient in his work and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was referred to The Ultimate Printing company by a friend. I needed to get personal labels printed and designed fast. When I went to The Ultimate Printing Company, they helped me with the design and the labels were beyond my expectations! The customer service was exceptional and the job was done really quickly. I've been to quite a few print shops in and around Toronto and The Ultimate Printing Company is simply the best. The staff are always friendly and accomodating, the service is speedy and reliable, and the prices are very fair. I've been to The Ultimate Printing Company about 10 times in the past few months and I have never had a bad experience. In fact, part of the reason why I always go back to The Ultimate Printing Company is because the staff are so great. Furthermore I cannot stress enough how quick and accurate the service. Another fantastic feature is that they print on "bamboo" paper - an eco-friendly alternative to regular printing paper . You will not find a better print shop in the GTA.

The guys at The Ultimate Printing Company were extreemly professional and did a great job. I had a last minute PowerPoint presentation back in June 2013, with over 30 colour slides and 60 copies to be printed and wiro. It was completed on time and shipped out Friday for our Monday morning presentation. Since then I have used them for all my printing needs and have recommended them to my clients. This place was spot on for my flyers. They print it in super short time and really high quality. They gave me advice in changes I need to make to the file before printing it so that it would look the way I wanted. After a week I ran short of flyers, so I called and less than 12 hrs after I was able to pick up my flyers and pay for the service.
From Start to finish the guys at UPC had a "can do" attitude and were able to help me with an unusual custom request. The prints turned out fantastic at a reasonable price. Well done guys and thank you!
