Print Three

Just picked up all my stationery for a three day Indian wedding. I had bought these templates off of Etsy and edited all our invitations, programs, place cards, itineraries, etc. Bruno was instrumental in helping me figure out how to export these, showing me how they come out, deciding on the last details. Amazing customer service, quality product, fast turnaround, and just a great partner to help relieve some stress during big project, like a wedding!!! We'll be back for sure!

I’ve been printing with Print Three at Yonge and Eglinton for years. I always recommend them because they’re honest, efficient, accommodating, fairly priced, and quality product. This review sounds fake because it’s so positive, but it’s not - I sincerely appreciate them as my printing provider, and recommend you use them too! Best, Dave

VERY RUDE! I got one document printed on legal sized paper. The moment I walked in, the male staffbald head male staff goes very rude. He literally shows his attitude showing 'why are you being in my way'. All that sigh when reqesting my information make it so uncomfortable. When he asked what E.X.A.C.T date and time I uploaded the document, I was struggling to answer as I couldn't remember the exact time. And he keeps going "You don't know HUH?? you don't know huh!?" He could've just asked for my name or inform me to check the email. His attitude got worse and worse so I kept a straight face. I couldn't smile anymore to him. Then he realizes and goes "I'm not trying to be rude. I'm working here alone and it too busy" a second later, another male staff comes out lol Well, when you say that, you know you were being very rude. That's why you try to excuse for yourself. He just wouldn't stop complaining that he is working there alone and too busy. That is not my fault that he is working here alone!!! I called before coming by. So if he was that busy to accept new customer, he could've just said they are not able to have a new customer. So freakin rude.

Very disappointing. I was the only customer in the store with two staff. I walked it and said “hi, hello” 3 times, no one replied!!! I waited for more than 5 mins and still no one getting back to me. I walked to the back of the store and asked one of the staff to print me one b/w page, which i was charged for $3.15 plus tax for one single-side page!!! Super rude, super expensive!

It's been difficult to find a good printer in Toronto. I've had bad customer service in the past, poor production and serious oversights/errors on our print jobs, the usual frustrations, which can be especially difficult for a business to deal with. With an outstandingly responsive, professional and courteous service by Byron you guys destroyed my perception of what an amazing printing service should be. Your pricing is also very affordable, especially given the level of service and high-quality stock and finishes you provide. The process was easy, Byron also spotted issues in our production file and was able to fixed them before the job went to print saving us time and costs. I am overjoyed with the brochures and the entire process, and I will undoubtedly use and recommend your services in the future.

The stuffs there are friendly, especially the handsome boy with long hair I was too rush to ask you name, thank you and you made my day. ;

should’ve asked the gentleman’s name but I went to get some resume print outs and his customer service was exceptional. he was very kind and considerate. 10/10 would come again. Thank you sir!

You've most likely experienced SOME of what you NEEDED from a print shop before; however, Print Three is different. I've worked with Bryon & Bruno now @ the Yonge & Eg Print Three Location. Being an entrepreneur with many different + abstract jobs combined with deadlines to hit etc... these guys served my needs and then some. From complimentary design edits, print consultation, professional but friendly service... this place does it all. To top it all off... the place is a motivation zone! Quotes, ideas and thoughts are scattered all around to show you what's possible and to get you thinking a bit 'outside' the box. Even learned about my newest morning routine... ALL FROM THE PRINT THREE SHOP. Thanks guys! Will be coming back. Again and again and again.

"One Picture Worth Ten Thousand Words". Short disappointing and frustrating story. They ask for full payment upfront where mayority of businesses request 30%. They were late to do the job even though they said 3-4 days. Paid on May 4th and finished today May 14th 10days More sadly, costumer service was below 0pts. I dealt with Nick who was rude, telling me to get the refund that was the only thing they could do for me or they could thream it which would make it shorter. Shameful experience!
