Absolutely remarkable customer service from Brenda. She handle my online order regarding a item that wouldn't be in stock for weeks and gave the best resolution for this matter. Definitely will have my business again.
The selection is good. Prices are fair. However most of the sales associates I have encountered are rather rude. They tend to be quite cold towards and questions you may have, and will seldom look up from the computer when you enter the store. The location is LGBTQ friendly which is a plus.
