It’s easier to book your vacation online yourself even for a large group than having to deal with the staff at this travel agency.
Our group of friends booked a destination wedding with Teresa Maceroni. The trip was booked about a year in advance and we were advised we didn’t need to pay for the remaining balance of the trip until 2 months before the trip. Turned out we all received an email advising us 6 months before the trip that if we didn’t pay the remaining balance the trip would increase in price. We obviously had all of our paper work which made it clear that this was not the case and we didn’t have to pay early.
A couple that travelled with us were unable to check into the hotel because the hotel never received their reservation. After a very frustrating day and night they were able to get it all sorted out with Air Transat and were reimbursed the fees they had to pay to stay the first night.
I will not be booking any future trips at this location.

Terrible
I have never experienced such disorganization and unprofessionalism. My family and I were dealing with a woman named Catherine and felt like burdens more than customers. Questions and inquiries did not feel welcome. Trying to book anything was very difficult, and if plans changed with flights etc, I was not informed by our agent, we were notified by other members of the group by coincident. Some members of the group reported rude statements regarding financial availability when our resort was destroyed by a hurricane and we needed to rebook another resort on our credit cards. When it came to rebooking flights, the flights were not booked in a timely manner resulting in price increases, as well as the wrong flights negotiated being booked also resulting in 4 hour lay overs. When the air line was notified of these changes they encouraged us to not book flights with this travel agency again. I STRONGLY encourage anyone looking to book a vacation to go elsewhere.
