Micheal has-been most helpful in making and setting our plans for a trip to England. He takes so much time in helping us make our decisions.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Tecumseh Travel Agency and its owner, Michael. From the start, the communication was lacking, with emails and phone calls going unanswered. His attitude was dismissive and he seemed to have no interest in helping me with my travel plans. This is our first and last time booking a cruise through this agency. The service is unacceptable and I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Called to have a few trips suggested. Told me they would call me back. So I called again. They told me the girl I spoke with was off and would get a call when she was back. Never heard back.

Called the. Didn’t even bother to return my call guess this company doesn’t need any business

The guy makes you not want to travel not helpful at found him rude and in a hurry would not go back there at all.
