I had previously worked in a cafe which stocked Sweet Tooth Factory bakes and cakes, and I knew that my husband would just love the chocolate guinness cake. After he first tried it, it instantly became our favourite cake - ever!!! So it was an easy decision to somehow include a chocolate guinness cake in our wedding celebrations. I had been in contact with the folk at Sweet Tooth Factory to see if our beloved chocolate guinness cake could somehow be incorporated with a dark blue icing, as our celebration would be Doctor Who themed. Kaelie is an absolute superstar! And the result was just perfect. From beginning to end, communication was smooth. And the cake? Well, it never disappoints, and I'll be sending one last email to ask where I can now get a slice of cake near me after moving.
Sweet Tooth Factory Bakery made us the most beautiful, bespoke gender reveal cake. Not just beautiful, but absolutely delicious. Charming service from order to delivery. We just loved it. And will be ordering and eating a lot more of their cakes from here on in.
Ordered a salted caramel, chocolate cake for my partner's birthday. He loved it so much we bought a birthday cake for his mum too. Both cakes were delicious and the staff were really helpful! My partner's mum is wheat-free and it was no trouble at all for them to make a wheat-free version. Will absolutely be ordering from here again.

After ordering several cakes from Sweet Tooth Factory which never disappoint we decided to request our wedding cake from them too. It was absolutely PERFECT and more than we could have asked for. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish, they are so helpful and absolute professionals at what the do. The result, an incredible vanilla sponge cake with raspberry jam, buttercream icing and white chocolate drop. Honestly the best cake I've ever had and the guests all said the same! Such amazing service and always super friendly communication whilst ordering and collecting/ delivering the order. I definitely recommend Sweet Tooth Factory for any occasion- they are the absolute best! Thank you Sweet Tooth Factory!!
Sweet Tooth Factory baked goods are just PURE JOY! I especially LOVE their Red Velvet Cake. I have travelled to many places in the world and am YET to find a Red Velvet Cake that has a taste that remotely compares to this one. Best in the WORLD!!! and Yes I'm saying this with my whole chest LOL This is Superior Baking
I always order my cakes from Sweet Tooth Factory just because they are simply the best! They have an array of cakes waiting to melt in your mouth - literally! I'm always so impressed by the exquisite design, the excellent customer service and the friendly communication I receive whilst ordering and once my order has been delivered. Our wedding cake was done by Sweet Tooth Factory 9 years ago. I ordered recently a cheese cake for my wife's anniversary and it was even better than we remembered and our expectations were very high. The staff is very quick to respond to enquiry and flexible. Great cakes !! We will order again soon !
I cannot express in words how grateful I am to the Sweet Tooth Factory team! These people not only make wonderful cakes that taste absolutely heavenly, but they are also incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating. I live in Vienna, Austria and because of Covid I was not able to visit my sister on her birthday this year. So I wanted to send her at least a birthday cake - therefore I contacted "Sweet Tooth Factory". Together we managed to make a wonderful birthday surprise for my sister. Many, many thanks for that!!!! It is so nice in times like these to see what solidarity can achieve <3
