The Surgical Hospital At Southwoods

I could never adequately put into words the level of compassion and patience the entire staff shows not only the patient, but family as well. This hospital is the shining example of what patient care is meant to be. My 15 yr. old has autism. They went far above and beyond to make him comfortable. He is still holding his teddy bear tight. No other place would have bothered to place a stuffed animal on his chair before he arrived, due to his age. However, because they DO go above and beyond, they pre-screened for more than just the routine things. They wanted to know the things that mattered to. In the end it made a difference. If i could give them a million stars i would. The staff were our hero's that day!!!

The staff are absolutely wonderful! They make you feel right at home and do a great job at making sure you feel comfortable!

My grandma got a total knee done here and she said it was the best hospital stay she has ever had everyone very nice and helpful makes me want to work there

Phenomenal service all around. Unmatched comfort and care. All positions of staff are filled by people who genuinely care about the patients and work together as a team to provide exceptional care. Other hospitals should be run this way, its unfortunate that they are not.

Love this place and all the people that work there! Have never had such a good experience having a colonoscopy!!!
