Great choice of beers including UK style cask conditioned ales. A nice patio at the front. The menu is small 5 mains, 8 appetizers but there are some good options. We will be back for the great beer!

Very cool venue. We sat inside but the patio looked super cool as well. The staff was very friendly and quick to have our food and drinks ready. The food was delicious. I will say the drinks are served in glasses that are definitely on the small side for what you pay, but the service, venue, and food make up for it in my opinion.

If you want atmosphere and a nice place to sit down for a work meeting or just a time out with friends, highly recommend! Small, but very solid menu with well prepared and tasty food. The night I went also had a little band come in, they were just the perfect volume and mood for the venue and weekday evening. Really enjoyed it and I'll be back.

We arrived in Halifax north shore late on a weekday and worried about not having a reservation anywhere. Stumbled into this spot and were pleasantly surprised!! It has a cozy pub style vibe with gourmet food and excellent craft beer. We ate 4 different apps and dessert and loved every single bite. There was also wonderful live music!

This place grows on me each time I visit. The beer selection is much improved since they first opened and offers a wonderful variety of local brews! cozy atmosphere and great service. The nachos are unique and a definite must try!

They have a really good vegetable focaccia sammy there that tastes so good. The olive tapinad on there is something else. I'm not a big fan of craft beer as it is too hoppy for my liking, but their cider is so good. That's just me being picky. Great place, great bartenders.

Our own little bit of English heaven on the East Coast! 5 casks, always well taken care of, with a couple of light beers pouring from the side pull taps too.

Good food. Decent selection of drinks. My drink felt small for the amount I paid.

Great warm ambiance, tasty food they have a chef specifically to make breads!!, and terrific selection of craft beer and cider. Service terrific as usual.

Beer was great - the food was unbelievably lacklustre. I’ve literally never had nachos that tasted like nothing. No taste, not even the cheese. And the fact we ordered a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich showed up was really all I needed to decide to never go back. Our dinner guest had the same experience a couple weeks ago. Too bad. I’ll go for a beer but not the food.
