Had a nice meal here as part of the conference. Service was attentive and efficient. The food was well presented and tasty. Portions were appropriately sized and I particularly enjoyed the wine selection, including the opportunity to choose from some Michigan wines which were surprisingly good.

Prefer the small menu, fresh, simple, Michigan creative. Locals enjoy, summer offers outside jazz nite dining. Don't miss it. Teaching undergrads how to be successful in Hospitality Business. They learn first hand from professional chefs. Menu is locally grown food and produce. Brunch is good if you haven't experienced it.
Beautiful decoration and atmosphere. The food was great. The service was amazing. Food was neatly presenting! They should have something specials for the graduates!
Lovely environment, good food, reasonably priced great service. All that's very positive, however, the lunch menu is a bit too ordinary. Nothing I couldn't prepare in my own kitchen. Needs jazzing up a bit.
It was a basketball night and very busy but Anthony gave us exceptional service. The food was delicious as always. But the service was even better than usual.
I was within a group of event professionals. We had a lovely evening at The State Room. We tried almost ever appetizer on the menu and they did not disappoint. And those featured cocktails... wow! All of our entrees were flavorful and fabulous.The staff was super personal and friendly. Were going back for another round tomorrow!
