The barista didn't even know the origin of the coffee he was preparing. Didn't have any options to eat no pastries at all. Could be better. The coffee was good.
Spent the day there In the morning, quite cosy and relaxed atmosphere, although toilets were not clean. In the afternoon, different waitress and the music was absolutely awful. Loud metal music all afternoon, impossible to study, read or have a nice conversation - quite in contrast with the decor and feel of the place
Possibly the worst iced latte I’ve ever had. The guy was polite at most and they didn’t even had simple syrup for the iced latte, only sugar. It is simply ridiculous. The coffee itself tasted burnt and acidic at the same time, how I have no idea. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend, didn’t passed the vibe check ! FYI McDonald make better coffee than this place. Oh for your information, here how easy it is to make simple syrup for your iced drinks! Combine one cup of sugar with one cup of water, bring it to a boil to combine and put in a dispenser bottle … and voila

After I tried their Mile End branch few weeks ago, I decided to see if this one is as good as that one. I ordered the same drink, which is my favourite cortado. It was good and I recommend this place for people who like esspresso based coffee.
We just walked pass. Surprise us that its very good cafe, I like the interior. We love the latte there, perfect temperature and the latte art... appreciated it a lot. They have pastries too. The crossiant looks good, but didn't try it yet. Will definitely go there again.
If there is a choice, I would not give a single star. Feels like it’s cheating customers. The old school espresso marks the same flavor of this Maya monologue. Also the barista said it’s pretty much the same. So I gave it a try. Been drinking old school for almost six years, I am sorry that I found the taste is a bit different. It is as the same as the epic espresso was written, clean and sweet. Why bother covering it with a lousy name? Such a shame. I will never come back. Thankfully, the real parallel 49 is opened in Montreal. I could enjoy a quality coffee time at a true place.
Nice place to have a quick coffee, decor is fancy and perfect for pictures but chairs are uncomfortable if you want to work a bit. Coffee is like in any other 3rd wave coffee shop. Barista was welcoming but a bit of know-it-all.
Great coffee but wouldn’t recommend for studying/work. It’s too small and can sometimes be crowded
Great simple coffee and lovely relaxed atmosphere. I just wish they had a few snacks, besides just one lonely croissant...Food: 4/5
