Ordered a custom cake for my wife's baby shower because she is vegan. The cake tasted amazing! All the guests loved the cake. Also the price is very reasonable. Sprouted oven always has delicious food and the staff are always friendly and welcoming!
Their Buffalo Chick'n pizza was very flavourful. The monkey bread was very tasty and goes well with a herbal tea. I’ll definitely be returning. Five star rating! It gets me recommendation!
My favourite little lunch cafe/small shop for unique vegan food products and soup/sandwich/bakery type food. The pizza is always amazing! Pizza in the photo is the garden veggie but every pizza they have is really really tasty. I come here almost every time I come to Abbotsford. Great selection of refrigerated and shelf stable vegan foods like candy, pasta, soup, spices, beans, vegan meats. They definitely have an emphasis on high quality, organic, and non gmo food which I really appreciate.
Oh my goodness, I'm in heaven! By chance, I came across the sprouted oven bakery. I Googled cinnamon buns and found this wonderful store, which is a bakery, a cafe, and a grocery store in one. Most items are made with sprouted grains, and there's tons of gluten-free and keto options available. Their prices are excellent as well. And the entire store is plant based!
If you like sprouted grain bread, this is the place! Good selection of gluten free options, and varieties that you won't see in other stores, like Oat So Lovely, Hemptations, Farmer Fife, and Big Red's Heritage Grain. And all much cheaper than in other stores. They have seconds as well, if you want to save even more.
Sept 5th noon service was quick, so polite, pleasant and oh so delicious! Cucumber everything bagel sandwich Then a bite of the peanut butter bar which lead to eating the whole square! The charcoal maple latte iced, not too sweet & flavors are wonderful. Thanks for adding the extra ice for me ladies!
A great place to go for a bite, The hot drinks there are my favourite, Charcoal and the red velvet one. The peanut butter rice Krispy bar they make is amazing. I also tried their strawberries and cream cupcake and I cannot believe how good the icing is...tastes like fresh strawberries. The store is nice, modern and easy to navigate and the service is always great. I haven’t had the chance to have the hot food menu items yet but I cannot wait to try it! Seeing the other reviews about this place I know i will love it.
Store is clean and nice. Baked goods have a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste and are quite dry. I’ll come back to try other items other than scones and muffins, perhaps I will have better luck then.
This is my wife's favorite place to get all bread and pastry items. They also have healthy and tasty fancy coffees and teas.
Wide selection of grocery items. Amazing baked good always made fresh. Sandwiches and soup are very tasty. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Free wifi and a great place to sit and talk with friends or do homework.
