R&D Plumbing and Heating

I have had hit or miss service from R&D in the past. However, the recent Air Conditioning install they did for us was extremely clean and they showed us that they truly care about the work they do. On top of that, everyone I dealt with was very professional, honest, and easy to work with. The installer went above and beyond while he was here, ensuring a tidy install. Thanks to everyone we dealt with at R&D for making this process very easy and giving us a great AC unit. I wouldn't hesitate to contact R&D next time I need some plumbing or HVAC work done.

Great communication and prompt response! Horrible prices. Got quoted $4800+ for a simple tankless water heater installation. Got the same model installed by a competitor for about half price.

I recently purchased a Green Mountain Grill from R and D and experienced excellent customer service and no pressure to purchase anything extra. My son is fussy eater but absolutely loves everything Ive made with the grill.

I recently went through the process of upgrading our old 1980 factory built fireplace. R&D was by far the most helpful of any of the places I called. They put in a lot of time to discuss many options, including some home visits to see what would work. In the end I removed the old fireplace, prepped the hole, and had R&D install a Brentwood wood fireplace. The end product was very professional done, fully to code, and at a fair price. The service however far exceeded anything I would have expected, I felt like I was treated more like family than a customer, and that R&D was very concerned with making sure I spent money on exactly what I wanted and needed. Their pricing is on par with "the city's", and given their exceptional service, I strongly encourage anyone looking, to stay local and support our own economy by using the professional's we have here in Lloydminster.

very poor communication! i've talked to a receptionist at 12:20pm, she get all my information and issue regarding my heater and she told me to wait for a call after 1pm.its been 2:40pm no one is calling me thats why i decided to follow up. i've talked to the receptionist again and she said that i dont have any record for service! what is that?! lol... so i have to wait again for how many hours for service, for im on the 4th person in waiting.:(
