Lexi is a charm! I live in the city and would rather drive out here to get the best service! I came into the store yesterday and she was working three tills and did a fantastic job! Super helpful and explains things full and clear. Definitely makes a huge difference in the customer service industry. Thank you Lexi for helping me out! She deserves a raise!
Tristan and Calem were super helpful and relatable, all I went in for was a charging cable but they still treated me as if I came in to make a large purchase, and took their time to make sure I had everything I needed. I also asked about their hard drives and printers and they were very knowledgeable about their products and gave me all the information I needed! They let me know about good offers on their phones as well, and if I wasn't on a new contract I definitely would have upgraded through them for the service alone. Will definitely come come back!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I went in to exchange an item that I had purcahsed at a differnt location. The computer system was not cooperative, but the staff worked at figuring it out and called the manager for help until it was resolved. They were applogetic for the delay even though it wasnt their fault and did everythign they coul to help. Unfortunatley I did not get the names of the 2 young men working, but they were both very helpful and made sure to take care of me and all other customers that came in.
Lexi and Nick are amazing! Made sure we got all of the offers available. Made switching from Sasktel quick and painless! Great customer ! Went back to switch another line from Sasktel and once again we were met with phenomenal customer service. Tristan was really great, polite and articulate. Nik showed great leadership skills and a clear knowledges of the stores policy’s and systems. Thanks guys !

Meghan, Tristan & Calum are super friendly & very knowledgeable about what they’re selling. I am not tech savvy & they helped me not only understand what I needed, but were very kind about it. Definitely will be going back when I need anything tech related
After searching in Saskatoon, we decided to stop at this little store in Warman and are so glad we did. Calen provided excellent service and answered all questions. His knowledge level was exceptional, as was his attention to us! We have found our preferred store!
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, stay away from this store if you can. I purchased a pair of Sony earbuds from this location, opened them outside and they were not working, I went back into the store within 5 minutes to do an exchange for a working pair. The employee told me he had to check with his manager before doing an exchange at which point he then notified me that the store policy does not allow for exchanges or returns on headphones. I asked to speak with the manager about this and he told me she was not in and he could not tell me when she would be in to discuss this. I’m now left with a pair of headphones that don’t work and have been told to go call Sony about it. I ended up contacting the customer care centre and the employee there reiterated the same thing the manager did, I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was able to get in contact with the customer care supervisor who called the store and told them to make the exchange, he also sent out a 10 dollar gift card for the time and trouble. This all took over an hour and is not something you should have to go through to exchange a faulty product minutes after purchase.
Tristin and Calem help me get a new iPhone for my son and it was quite the process to get him switched over but these two were amazing and efficient with it all. I would definitely recommend and will be back whenever I need anything
There was two young guys working today that helped us. Going out of my way to write a review today as the service was excellent. Thanks to both for helping us out today!
