The Source

I bought a Quantum HD Drone from them for a Christmas gift for my boys in early December. Due to so many things going on we really didn't have a chance to use it right away. When we did get it opened the battery was defective and didn't charge, In the package it said to call Propel who are the manufacturers of the drone if you have any technical difficulties. I called them and they didn't have batteries in stock but would ship one out when they got them in. Unfortunately I was left in the dark for over a month. There phone lines wouldn't work, the emails never got responded to and the live chat wasn't functioning. So I brought it back to The Source knowing it was out of refund or replacement warranty. I explained my situation to them and they were great. They took my defective drone and called the head office to see if they could do anything. I got a call later that day saying they will replace it with a new one and it would take roughly three days. I got my new drone and it works great. Thank you to the staff for and the head office for the Source for doing the right thing. Chuck Graham

It was a wonderful that had exactly what I need and the guy working was very nice and explained everything to me and made sure I got what I came in for. Never had a bad experience at this location no complaints :)
