Got a new couch delivered today. Delivery guys Austin and Andrew were awesome. Called and let us know where they were and when to expect them. When they got here they assessed the best way to get it in the house. Quick and efficient. Couch delivered as expected and delivered without any damages. Thank you Austin, Andrew and The Brick!
Kyle was excellent as a sales rep for the new couch and loveseat I recently purchased. He made the sale quick and easy and made sure I got the best value for my money. He even followed up with me post-purchase to ensure I received a refund I was entitled to!
Chelsea Labadie was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with everything I asked about. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything. By far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing new furniture for my house. Thank you for everything Chelsea!
The manager Ken is friendly, accommodating and returns messages promptly. Delivery guys Austin and Andrew were careful and allowed me time to check over my purchases, telling me to take my time. They were polite and courteous.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They are running a credit scam! The sales woman Violet, used our drivers license to "run a credit check" for the 0% financing and the next thing we know within minutes we are getting emails saying we now have a 4,000$ line of credit with their shady credit company and have bought a sofa for 3 year financing at 29%!!! It became such a mess that only after we called the police, would they give us a refund the next day for what they have done and yet Ken who is in charge, is still refusing to fix the line of credit they opened under our name. As a warning to protect anyone else, STAY AWAY! Turns out all their furniture is 50% the cost on Wayfair anyways.
Austin and Andrew were speedy, professional, and gentle with the merchandise. I highly recommend their delivery services. I am definitely a happy customer!

Really great team of guys made it easy to furnish my whole house , Kyle was amazing, found really great deals with my budget and was really knowledgeable about all the products, Austin and Andrew were great delivery service on time and really respectful, definitely will be back to this location for my all my furniture and appliance needs.

I am usually write reviews , but I think I have to, After buying out doors set with umbrella from hunt club branch in Ottawa , with warranty , After one year all cushions and umbrella cloths was depleted , I called the branch they direct me to do complain on line , I did , someone came to inspect , everything was clear as he said . this step took around 2 months ,, later no one contact me for almost 3 months , so I contacted them on line and they asked me to contact the store manager , I went to meet him , first he did not want to spend time with me to explain any thing , he said , this set is no longer available , so they can not change the cushions ,, when I told him it is not my problem , he said the depleted cushions was by pets , as per the inspector , so they can not compensate but for the 400$ umbrella , they will do 100 $ , that I never got , for years I was loyal customer for years , All the time i buy warranties , I am not any more , but every time I buy any thing for my home or business , i remember what happened with the bricks , and feel upset , the manager has know idea how to deal with customer complain , it was the worst experience
