Awesome customer service. I went in and ironically had the same guy who helped me last time. He is very helpful and takes time to make sure you know what you are looking for even suggested some products!!! Great job City Centre The Source!!!

Goid store, helpful staff but not the same as Radio Shack of days gone by.

This store is the place for your cell phones, ear buds, laptops, head phones, computers and other electronic devices located inside the Edmonton City Centre mall. Although I think the products were a bit pricey, however, the store is clean and well lit. Staffs are very friendly and courteous and helpful.

If the sales person was a little friendlier I would have given a higher rating

Very frustrating to deal with staff. Went in on wed to upgrade my phone, and staff was adamant I upgrade to a more expensive plan to a different provider. Then he didnt activate my phone when I left. I had to come back the next day and wait for close to a hour for someone to help me.

Most painful experience to buy here. Never again!
