Don’t let the bad reviews steer you away. This place is amazing the service is always great. This is locally owned and what’s better than visiting a local place? I love walking in and seeing the fresh chicken spinning on the rotisserie, I haven’t seen another place do this. The food is amazing here I recommend anything on the menu!! This place is a must for visiting Red Wing.

I absolutely love this place! Being from central Minnesota, we plan our trip around eating here. If I could give it more stars, I would. The service is always top notch and the food is mouthwatering. They are busy on the weekends, but definitely worth the wait. I wish they would open a location closer so I could visit more often.

We love this place.  We travel from the Twin Cities to go down and hit this place. The barbecue is excellent especially the brisket. The prices are right on target, and the portions are enough to feed a small army in my opinion. It is also a place that kids will enjoy as well.

We go out to eat 3 to 4 times a week in red wing. We dont normally eat here but we will be taking another place out of our normal routine and be replacing it with the smoking oak. Thank you for great service and great food. Also a big thank you to our waiter Scott

I was really in the mood for a great burger.  Today I ordered their blue cheese and bacon burger.  It wasn't so good.  Thin piece of flavorless meat, a very small amount of blue cheese, and two nice tasty slices of bacon.   Lots of fries, but I would have preferred a better burger.  Maybe they just had an off day?
