My daughter-in-law sent me a picture of the arrangement she received, and I am really disappointed. I ordered the arrangement a week ago from your website. It was a fall arrangement with mostly orange flowers and a couple of roses (Telefloras Autumn Grace). I even added a comment to use as much orange as possible. What was sent? Purple Iris, a wilted looking sunflower, and a couple of gerbera daisies. While the shape of it looks nice, it’s a hideous looking selection of flowers. Nothing orange about it. Why post pictures on your website if what you put together is whatever you want? I read the disclaimer about the availability of certain flowers, but with a week lead time, I wasn’t expecting whatever was leftover from the weekend. I also sent an email to them explaining my disappointment, and wasn't contacted by anyone.

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! Bought a $63 arrangement for my wife's anniversary. They delivered it the day before they were supposed to, spelled her name wrong on the card, and provided a different (cheaper) arrangement than what I paid for as well as a smaller (cheaper) vase. I purchased an arrangement with lilies and roses only. What showed up was an arrangement with some lilies and some roses with a bunch of cheap filler. I called to get their take on the situation and they responded by saying there is a default selection in the ordering process that ultimately allows them to do whatever they want on the flowers/vase regardless of what you ordered. They also tried to tell me that the lower cost of the vase was made up in a higher cost of the flowers. How can the cost go up in the arrangement with you provide less roses and lilies?

I wanted to surprise my lady at work with some flowers and said my price limit was 40 to 50. So they charged me over 60 :/ and i said i wanted it delivered after 1:30 and they delivered them at noon. All i gota say is the flowers turned out great and I would return for more business but when you say a certain price and a time you better stick to it geezz..
