I was not happy with my flowers, arrangement was horrible, looks like the flowers fell over in transport. arrangement was just blah, no color. Birthday flower's should be bright and cheery. will tell family members not to use this shop again

Do not even dare to buy at this shop. I ordered online. A beautiful premium size bouquet wiht blush roses in a pale pink satin vase. I received a small size bouquet with only two regular size roses, tiny miniflora roses that grow anywhere, purple daisys, ALL half dead, and if that was not enough, carnations, in a $1 dollar glass vase. The bouquet was so ugly that even a supermarket one for $15 is much, much better. I called dimmediately to return it and get a refund. The answer from the manager was 'The flowers that you asked for are imported from Ecuador and we do not have them, you know how the market is, we did what we could with the $80 that we received so we replaced them for a much lower value flowers, you should have not called us but the online shop' but they described exactly what I ordered. 'We will not pick them up, just throw them away, but we will not refund you" I paid $114. the online shop will only refund be 20% of the online price of the bouquet not the complete payment. Spent a complete Saturday day calling them at least 6 times. This shop is shamelss, as well as the online one . If you do not have the material you do not accept the job. Period. But please, do not steal. Pictures will be sent as requested. The answer below is as pathetic as the flowers I received because they did not do the job for the $80 that they said were paid. Again, Creative Flower solutions as per their words described the bouquet I requested. Why did they work with this website? . There are much more beautiful bouquets on your website than the one that you send and for a value far lower than $80. You recognized that the bouquet was not what I asked for, and recommended me to throw them away, but you still work with this website. In short, you do not take responsibility but you share the money.
I called to have same day delivery. It was after 10AM and the delivery was received before 3PM. An amazing job and Debbie's customer service was top of the line . Thank you for your service. And most of all the arrangement was beautiful.
I highly recommend Creative Floral Designs! They are professional, compassionate and understanding. I ordered through an online “florist” whom I will not mention and they outsourced to Creative Floral Design. Creative created a beautiful arrangement for my Mother In Love. Not only did they deliver a beautiful arrangement, they delivered a banner at the last minute. The online place did not give them the correct info but Creative Designs sprung into action and gave us just what we wanted. We cannot thank you guys enough and we are forever grateful.

I sent my partner flowers, they told me it was delivered at 345PM, they had not received them by 5:30PM. They did eventually get them at 7:30PM but I am upset because the element of surprise was ruined due to this mistake. They also did not put the purple bow on that I asked for and instead placed a pink one on there. My boo HATES pink and purple is her favorite color. I am disappointed with how it went and the plant was not cheap...so it was a bummer. The rep who took the order was very nice though and I appreciate him.
