Staff are helpful and friendly but you are left alone as well if that is what you prefer. Lots of light, mirrors and places to try on shoes and live with them for a while with no pressure while you decide. The store is so big you can walk around quite a bit comparing different shoes. Good prices and better selection than most any other shoe store but it's probably a good idea to hit the mall as well and visit the many shoe shops to see style trends and compare prices but you'll probably be back to make a purchase. I've bought many pairs here.

Warehouse style shoe store. Pretty much, serve yourself.

We received little to no service, selection was limited and the prices were high for the quality. Mostly brand names but not good quality or size selection.

I bought a pair of Crevo boots here three weeks ago. They developed a hole in the middle of a suede upper panel, so I brought them in to see what could be done. Despite not having my copy of the receipt, and having worn the boots for three weeks, an extremely kind employee allowed me to return them. I am very happy and impressed.
