Great service, friendly atmosphere, and the espresso quality is way better than Starbucks. Plus if you go through the drive thru, they have milkbone doggy treats!
I love coming to this Second Cup! It’s cosy yet spacious. Andrea and Mya are lovely to deal with and go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed.
The product is worth 3 stars. It's not great, but it will do when Starbucks takes a ciesta. The addage "second cup, second choice" holds true.

Second time I've ordered a frappe and they don't put the top on it. I'm not supporting Canadian company and paying $5 for coffee and ice. FINISH YOUR ADVERTISED DRINKS!

Love all the beverages on the menu. Plus my friend and I sat and talked for hours with one drink and we didn't feel like we over stayed our visit.
Love the large windows and new update! The drinks are well made and the customer service is great. I love that they kindly bring your drinks to you. The vibe is very clean and relaxed and it has quickly become my favourite study spot.
