Amazing food!! I had a Pastrami Reuben with Sauerkraut. Meat-to-bread ratio was fantastic. Bread was delicious and toasted just right. Great Sauerkraut/mustard combo. Priced under 16$ for a massive sandwich and a drink. They had some pre-made sandwiches and salads if you're really in a rush. Homemade cookies, indoor seating, and an arcade machine! Don't get junk from a gas station cooler. Visit here instead and you won't regret it!
Great classic sandwiches! I got the large Pastrami Reuben which was super well balanced and put together. Nothing was overpowering and it all came together really well. I would Highly recommend to any fellow sandwich lover!
They have the best Montreal smoked meat sandwich!! All the ingredients were fresh and my fave lunch place to go. The breakfast sandwich is okay, I much prefer the regular sandwiches. They have a really cool steam punk theme inside and you can tell they put a lot of effort and detail into the decor
My son and I went there for lunch, and the service from the start to the paying was totally awesome!!! I had the Turkey Diner and the cranberry mayo was really good on the sandwich. It was so yummy!! As well I bought some M & M small cookies for my wife and she loved how they are so soft and good!! We will be back for that sandwich again.
The sandwich shop is steampunk themed, with some inside seating, and a good selection of sandwiches. The sandwiches are all made from local ingredients and they're big enough to satisfy most people. The shop caters to the breakfast and lunch crowd, and makes a fantastic alternative to the same old fast food places. Parking: Shares a strip lot with other businesses
Finally, Edmonton has a great sandwich shop! I know there are others, but none of them hold a flame to this place. It's a little out of the way but I highly recommend stopping by. As the friendly staff were happy to educate me, everything is locally sourced or done in house. I went with the staple Montreal meat sandwich. I've been to Schwartz deli, and aside from smoking their own brisket, this sandwich comes in as a very close second. Tons of meat!!! Veggies were all fresh and the sauce, OMG the sauce! Just a phenomenal sandwich all around and the price at $10.50 is just right. My wife had a turkey sandwich and loved every bite as well. If I had one complaint it would be that they aren't located just down the street from my house, although, that's probably a good thing because I'd be there every day. Keep doing what you are doing Sandwich Project. I hope Edmonton is ready for it! Go check these guys out!!!!
Discovered this place via random Facebook Ad. Always excited to try a new local sandwich place and I ordered the signature Large Montréal smoked meat. The staff were very friendly and fast. The bread, meat, toppings and sauces were all fresh & delicious. The only issue was the construction, clearly the Sandwich Project aren't fans of the Sporkful because they don't consider sheering bite force during construction. By dividing their huge meat portion to be on both sides of the bread, all of the toppings and sauces squirt out when you bite down. Still fantastic food and I look forward to going back and building my own creation.... In the right way!
You NEED to try this place. Their soups are amazing and I can’t even explain how delicious the sandwiches are!
The food was very good. A bit shy on the meat portion on the sandwich but quite tasty. The lady preparing the food was friendly and made me feel glad I came in. The cashier not so much It was my first visit and I would go there again
I couldn’t believe that you get half an egg for a 7 dollar breakfast sandwich. And they just rush you soooo much that feel like the end of the world is coming. And then slap together a few toppings mostly not the ones you asked for. Won’t be back ever.
