RCNS is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that has been part of the Russell community for over 27 years.
Our part-time program seeks to provide a positive learning environment for young children while giving parents the opportunity to participate.
Our goal is to enrich a child's learning by creating an environment that fosters social, emotional, physical and creative development.
The program is designed to prepare the child for their future in the educational system and to provide a positive school experience, helping them feel secure and familiarizing them with what will be expected once they head off to Kindergarten.
