A wood-fired brick oven turns a 1949 Studebaker fire truck into a gourmet pizza wagon and brick & mortar in downtown Valparaiso!

Story

Located in the heart of downtown Valparaiso's Central Park Plaza, our quaint wood-oven cafe offers a variety of foods all cooked with real fire from our hearth oven. Daily soups, pizzas, small plates, fresh pasta, are all made in house. Enjoy local beer, wine, and cocktails while you dine in. Cocktails are 1/2 price, every Sunday.

Great PIZZA! Found em by the Indiana Sand dune's.. Would definitely stop back!! They took an old Studebaker and made it a Wood fired pizza oven!! The staff was extremely friendly and let me get a picture of the wood oven but that picture didn't turn out as good as the others..
We LOVED this pizza! Their menu is so thoughtful and their service is excellent!! Couldn’t ask for anything better. This would be a weekly staple if we lived in Valpo!
The meal was awesome... fresh and a great presentation. We will come back again... oh try the desert!!
Delicious food and drinks Half-price cocktails on Sunday! ...fantastic pizza flash-cooked in 2 minutes in a 950 degree oven, yummy deserts, and more! Very friendly and helpful staff! Definitely highly recommended!
Pizza is spectacular. I have tried the eggman, the Greek, the purple pig, and the Cuban. All of them are amazing. Pizzas are made with natural ingredients. A must try if you are in the area. Definitely going back soon
Wood fired pizza is fantastic. Craft cocktails are on point as well. Service is great and everyone is super friendly. Small space and they offer take out. Some vegan options if that's your thing.
Absolutely amazing. Such a wonderful staff with even better food . Highly recommend the crab cakes
Pizza never disappoints! Always delicious and different than typical pizza in the area!
