The Robinson Group

We have been able to work with Chris and the Robinson Group on a few projects and the experience has been very good. Much of this is due to their experience. They have been around for a long time and it seems like most of their managerial staff and site supervisors/carpenters have been with this company for a long time as well. We found that when we have heard other trades speak about the Robinson Group and their key staff on our project or just in general it has always been with praise. Quite a good experience, they know what they are doing and have an eye for detail and the experienced relationships with suppliers and trades to implement properly and with great results. I get the sense that most of their business is from referrals and repeat customers and I can see why based on our experience with them. Highly recommend, they are a great outfit with much experience for either an extensive renovation work or a new build.

Our experience was extremely frustrating. Total lack of communication, ignored emails and missed promised delivery dates, subsequent to hire later acknowledged verbally and in writing by Owner eroded our confidence and trust in the Firm. We found their behavior insulting. forcing us to question their ability to execute the updating of our bathrooms in a timely and professional manner and terminated our contract during the preliminary stage. Miraculously, days after termination they initiated dialogue, forwarded unsolicited plans and rough budget created with stale input from us. The Firm wasted our time and their additional refusal to return all or a reasonable portion of our retainer forced us to pursue legal action.
