The Poppy Barn Cafe

First impression entering the cafe: super cute gift shop supporting local artisans! But when I remembered that I was here for food, my eyes turned to the menu and I noticed how fairly priced everything was - sandwiches and wraps all around the $5-6 mark. I got a chipotle chicken wrap and a small pumpkin frappe for under $10. The wrap was loaded with fresh veggies and the frappe was perfection!

Food was delicious!!!! The drink was great too and all for such a reasonable price compared to others in the region. I was pleasantly surprised when the employee let me know of the total. I liked the space in front with the local gifts and knick-knacks. I look forward to when dine-in returns. Delicious!

Whoa, I can't believe this place only has 2 reviews! It has been my go-to for everything breakfast for the last month-or-so since it opened recently. This place has perfect bagels plus lots of flavours, like jalapeno and cheddar, my favourite!, perfect iced coffee, and perfect cheesecake. I have yet to hit an item I don't love -- oh the veggie sandwich is great too. Plus it's all for a price that would make more sense in the '70s. Seriously, I could probably feed myself for a week here off $20. What inspired me to finally come give a proper review was the kindness of Bee. They sent a nice note in my order + a slice of delicious banana bread after the shop sold out of muffins today. It was very sweet of them -- have a good afternoon too, Bee! I'll happily order again when I need my next caffeine kick :

What a wonderful addition to the 124 street landscape, just north of 102 ave!! Simple, delicious and yet - shockingly - affordable food and drink I had a club sandwich and some amazing looking desserts which I will most definitely be sampling soon. A colleague has also told me - best coffee in a 4 block radius and that's saying something. Beautiful space, limited but comfortable seating, with local soft goods and art on display with information from the artists. Support local - I have already told all of my co-workers, but you should still go out of your way and pay a visit. You will be pleasantly surprised!

We had lunch there this afternoon and it was incredible. The food was so fresh and tasty. Tried a couple of wraps , turkey bacon club and ham and cheddar . They were amazing ! Would highly recommend this cute little restaurant. We plan to go back there very soon ! : the prices are also very reasonably priced !

Amazing coffee shop & lunch menu! I will gladly come back. Don't forget to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte and a slice of delicious cheesecake for dessert. You won't regret it!

Pretty chill, they have a vegan sandwich and non-vegan cheesecake offerings. Coffee is decent I've tried the mocha, latte and cappuccino.

On your Skip the Dishes, you should include item descriptions and a few photos. Ingredients will go a long way for people who have not eaten here. I was going to order, but was deterred when I could find descriptions.

The absolute best paninis in the city! Great local store extremely worth it to check it out Also the price is in beatable. $5-6.50 paninis.
