The Pizza House

I have always been a huge supporter of this business, raved about it to other and called it the best pizza place in grimsby…..however tonight I ordered a pizza at 6:40pm……8:20 and it’s still not at my house. So I call and get some womannot good at dealing with the public at all and tell her how I’ve placed a order at 6;40 and it’s not here. She puts me on hold. Then comes back to say “oh they didn’t take your number” repetitively. Sorry how’s that my fault?! When I called they should have known that I’d be calling regarding my pizza. Unless this is a standard practice where the number isn’t taken. So I ask will the pizza be cold when it arrives as I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours!!!! She assures me it won’t be. Obviously I knew it would be. So the pizza finally comes and guess what??? It’s cold!!! And I paid for this pizza!! I call again, obviously not happy about the situation. Get the same woman, And she tells me she said my next order would be 1/2 price HAHA never happened. And I’m not looking for a free meal. But what I was looking for was ownership for THERE screw up. I’ve been in the service industry for 20 years, I know how to handle a situation. But She decided to hang up on me because I was obviously livid and some other person called me back, and i appreciate him trying to defuse the situation, but was already far too escalated. Long story short, this place has lost all my respect.

Grimsby is blessed with a lot of good take out pizza options. Pizza House is our favorite. Hot, fresh, hand made, and always delicious

Great service and their shawarma had a lot of meat. The garlic sauce was perfect

I don’t know HOW ANYONE could give less than 5 stars for pizza house. They truly care what they are putting out with their homemade garlic sauce hands downs best pizza, wings, gyro and now Greek fries mmmmmmm thank you for keeping thing fresh and adding to menu. Best quality, customer service and price in town. Cheers to the pizza house in Grimsby

Sorry, this review is only for Poutine, lol, but hey also for sevice. Visiting Grimsby Dad / Grandpa stopped here to find out what toppings they like, turns out they are picky where they get Pizza from which we're bringing so only ended up getting poutine for my daugther here, she inherited pickiness from her Grandpa, and she really, really liked the Poutine. We were served "friendly and fast." We don't give 5 stars to anyone.

This place is our go-to for delicious gyros and shawarma for a great price! The Greek Fries are also a must-try.

We are fussy about our pizza and these guys are our "go to" pizza in Grimsby. Homemade no pre pacakaged toppings. Always great. And always happy to support locally owned business.

Just moved to Grimsby - Pizza near me - on google comes up 7.3km. Place my order - charge me for 8+km delivery charge. Easy fix you would think? On the phone they said we were exactly 8km away, website says OVER 8km is a charge, and on google maps says 7.9km for me. Bad business when you try to minuplate your ads for $3. Be careful everyone. Trying to support local - you make it difficult owners! Ordered instead from D & A Pizza and it was great, was cheaper and delicious would recommend them!

I ordered today at 3:44pm. I have always had amazing food and great service. The food as usual was great but the girl I spoke with was rude and treated me like I was bothering her. I have never been treated so poorly. I worked in the service industry for years and this was very, very poor customer service.
