Ate at this location recently and the service and meals were OK  almost good, not great but also not awful. Dined here about two years ago and recall the food was much better. The Yorkdale location was much better as well. A few of the meals were lacking in some areas. The only dish that had no complaints was the steak and fries. Positives: Varied menu options Vegetarian friendly Nice ambiance Great dessert menu. Cheesecake was tasty.  Negatives: -The smothered chicken was a bit bland and underwhelming. Mashed potatoes also bland and a bit watery. -Almond crusted salmon dish was also bland and the accompanying rice serving was super small, less than a cup. More like a spoonful. For the price, it should be more. - Wings were bland -Chicken fettuccine was watery and bland  Maybe it was an "off" day, but the meals seem to need a bit more attention.

Loved the ambience here, it’s perfect to celebrate! The food tasted so good, we couldn’t resist ordering more. The chicken pesto fettuccine and coconut shrimp was my favourite. The grapefruit cocktail I had ordered was good. Too cozy and refreshing restaurant, no doubt about it. I recommend this place for anyone on any occasion.

I really like the customer service of this location. It’s in the mall, parking may be a challenge but the service is great. The ladies and I went here and I find the waiters and waitresses are very kind and accommodating. We went here for the second time. The food was also delicious.

The service started out a little slow as we were there with a cake to celebrate a bday dinner. I can say the service picked up we enjoyed ourselves as well as the food/drinks and the bartender was absolutely exceptional who's name I believe is Aleks - thank you for such great service and with speed and a smile .

I tried their Buddha Bowl, which is a Vegetarian dish with quinoa, lots of fresh vegetables and tofu. It was delicious and presented very well. Their customer service was great.Food: 5/5

Went there for dinner. It was nice, not crowded. Food came out fast. The waitress was great. I would definitely go again.

Food is always great.  Love the place and our server was nice. First time to try the wanton nachos and to my surprise it taste good.

I was very scared to try this place at first but when me and friends stepped inside this place, we were blown away. It's super fancy and clean. Our server was extremely nice and took care of us during our dine in visit. I ordered the smothered chicken and it's super good. For dessert, we got the starwberry cheesecake which was a 10/10. I really enjoyed my food and my experience. Everyone who visits bcc mall often should really give this place a shot.

Our server Jaz was awesome! So attentive and personable. Food was absolutely delicious! I needed some good greens in my diet today and their detox chopped spinach salad was delish!

Whether I’m doing dine in or take out in the city, Pickle Barrel is always a fun and fantastic choice and never disappoints!  Food, atmosphere and customer service are all fabulous and top notch.  Wonderful menu, great selection and variety.  Perfect, casual, a très chic spot!
